1. Return Eligibility
You may return items purchased from PrismBooks.com under the following conditions:
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Item must not be damaged, marked, highlighted, or written in (for books)
- Original invoice/receipt must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- E-books and digital downloads
- Magazine subscriptions
- Opened CDs, DVDs, or audio books
- Customized or personalized items
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
3. Reasons for Return
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Damaged in Transit: Book arrived torn, bent, or with water damage
- Defective Product: Missing pages, printing errors, or binding defects

5. Refund Process
Refund Timeline
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
Refund Methods
- Original Payment Method: Refund to the same card/account used for purchase
- Bank Transfer: For COD orders, refund will be transferred to your bank account
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if the returned item shows signs of use, missing parts, or is not
in its original condition.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- • Same book with different edition
- • Different book of equal or lesser value
- • For items of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference
7. Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if not yet shipped
- After Dispatch: Cancellation not possible; please follow the return process after
delivery
