Mahmud Gawan, who served as the vizier of the Bahmani Empire and brought that empire to its peak, holds a significant place in the medieval history of India.

Gawan is a good example of what an ideal prime minister should be like. Mahmud Gawan, who left the small Persian kingdom of Gilani and traveled around the world for trade, finally settled in Bidar, the capital of the Bahmani Empire, and won the hearts of the rulers and citizens, is a great example of the fact that human relationships have no boundaries of time and place.

The brilliance of the lines of shayari and poetry has given a zest to the novel. The message of Mahmud Gawan's novel, which says, "The structure of this world and human welfare lie in the unity of human beings. If the chain of mutual harmony and cooperation is broken, the laws of nature themselves will be disrupted and adverse consequences will occur." is timely and timeless.
