Rangoli Marriage is my 109th book. After the fruitful creation of one hundred and eight books, this book is now coming out. I believe that it is not surprising that all of them are relevant to the readers in different ways. All these articles have been published in newspapers like Sudha, Aparanji, Udayavani Thushara. My thanks go to all the editors and editorial staff of the newspapers who first published these articles in their newspapers, as well as to the many readers who read the articles in the newspapers and often gave their feedback.

Belur Ramamurthy

Belur Ramamurthy has been serving in the literary field for more than 50 years. He has published 108 works so far. His current 109th work is 'Ingoli Samadhi', a collection of humorous essays.

His works include Mahakavi Muddana, Yoga Vasishta Katha, Sri Shankara Charitamrutam, Dinakkoondu Nudimuthu, Darideepada Katha, Comprehensive Humor and Rich Humor, Selected Stories from Bhagavatam for Children, and Punya Katha from Puranas.

He has commented on all 945 verses of Mankuthimman's Kagga and a book will be published soon. He has edited and published the best of series of texts by Dr. B.G.L. Swamy, Dr. H.K. Ranganath, T. Sunandamma, Kefa, Parvathavani, Dr. Prabhushankar, Prof. A.R. Mitra.

The novel Ayaskantha has been used for a student's M.A. studies. A student from Mysore is studying for his Ph.D. under the title of Social Concern in the Novels of Belur Ramamurthy.

He has been the deputy editor of the comedy monthly Aparanji for nearly thirty years and has organized the Hastotsava for 28 consecutive years at the National College H. N. Kalakshetra in Bangalore. He still organizes comedy evenings and comedy events.
